Great app for team training

We use this app to train our soccer team. Its been very effective in increasing their fitness. The players dont much like the app which is about the best endorsement. In the beginning of the season we told them they had to get to level 12 and now theyre are at 17. If you use this app (this way) you need to get a external speaker so the team can hear the beep tones.
